Abstract
Quantum modification of general relativity (Qmoger), supported by cosmic data (without fitting), predict gravicommunication (GC), which could be superluminal. GC can interact with human subjective experiences. Such interaction could be beneficial, but also could be harmful. An advanced civilization can use superluminal GC as a weapon. So, we have to be prepared. On a more peaceful note, in the same consideration a characteristic scale is obtained for production of particles from cosmic quantum condensate of gravitons.

BRIGHT MATTER
Evgeny A. Novikov University of California - San Diego, BioCircuits Institute, La Jolla, CA 92093 -0328; E-mail: enovikov@ucsd.edu
"Suppose, for simplicity, there is the God. Yes. The question is, why He will do explosions? Why show a bad example to future terrorists on Earth?.." ( E. A. Novikov, essay "God and explosions", 2012).
Abstract
Quantum modification of general relativity (Qmoger) is supported by cosmic data (without fitting). Qmoger equations consist of Einstein equations with two additional terms responsible for production/absorption of matter. In Qmoger cosmology there was no Big Bang and matter is continuously producing by the Vacuum. Particularly, production of the ultralight gravitons with tiny electric dipole moment (EDM) was started about 284 billion years ago. Quantum effects dominate interaction of these particles and they form the quantum condensate. Under influence of gravitation, the condensate is forming galaxies and producing ordinary matter, including photons. As one important result of this activity, it recently created us, the people, and continues to support us. Particularly, our subjective experiences are a result of an interaction between the background condensate and the neural system of the brain. The action potentials of neural system create traps and coherent dynamic patterns in the dipolar condensate. So, our subjective experiences are graviton-based. Some problems with the origin of life can also be clarified by taking into account the background dipolar condensate. It seems natural to call this graviton condensate bright matter. It not only produced ordinary matter, including light, but also produced and nurturing conscious life, as we know it, and, perhaps, some other forms of life in the universe. EDM of gravitons is small and existing telescopes can not see them, but we actually see bright matter in our subjective experiences. So, cosmology and brain science must work together to investigate bright matter, which will be the most important enterprise of humankind.

Evgeny A. Novikov
University of California - San Diego, BioCircuits Institute, La Jolla, CA 92093 -0328; E-mail: enovikov@ucsd.edu
Abstract
Our subjective experiences are described in terms of interaction between background cosmic condensate of dipolar gravitons and neural system of the brain. Particularly, action potentials of neural system create traps and coherent patterns in the dipolar condensate. These patterns correspond to our subjective experiences.

ISENTHALPIC PROCESSES IN COSMOLOGY, ASTROPHYSICS AND AT HOME
Evgeny A. Novikov
University of California - San Diego, BioCircuits Institute, La Jolla, CA 92093 -0328; E-mail: enovikov@ucsd.edu
Abstract
New simple and exact analytical solutions of Einstein equations of general relativity (GR) and of Qmoger (quantum modification of GR) equations are obtained. These solutions corresponds to processes with invariant density of enthalpy (energy plus pressure). Interpretation of these solutions in terms of cosmic radiation and production of massive particles, as well as comparison with cosmic data (without fitting), are presented. It is suggested, that isenthalpic processes can be relevant also to excessive radiation from Jupiter and Saturn. Similar processes potentially can be used as a new source of energy on Earth.

FUTURE OF HUMANKIND IN LIGHT OF NEW SCIENCE
Evgeny A. Novikov
University of California - San Diego, BioCircuits Institute, La Jolla, CA 92093 -0328; E-mail: enovikov@ucsd.edu
Abstract
Some aspects of the future of humankind are considered based on applications of the quantum modification of general relativity. Particularly, the energy supply from the vacuum and a new form of communication are discussed.
We will got the future which we deserve. A bright future can be expected only if we support good science. I mean, not just science, which looks good and advertised in popular books and on TV. But really good new science.
Believe it or not, it all start with cosmology. The conventional Big Bang cosmology is almost 100 years old and is in agony under contradictions with cosmic data. If we want to survive and prosper, we need to change our basic perception of the universe. Technical critique of old cosmology and main results of new cosmology, supported by cosmic data (without fitting), are presented in Ref. 1-3. The new cosmology is based on quantum modification of general relativity (Qmoger), which was introduced in Ref. 4 and developed in Ref. 5-7, 1-3. These works were presided by invention of new type of fluids, namely, the dynamics of distributed sources-sinks [8, 9], which in turn was presided by the general analytical solution of the (1+1) dimensional Newtonian gravitation [10].
The major difference between two cosmologies is that, instead of Big Bang, in Qmoger the energy is continuously produced by the vacuum everywhere. So, if we are smart enough, we can use this unlimited supply of the fresh fuel instead of reusing what is left. Indeed, in Qmoger the ultralight gravitons with tiny electric dipole moment (EDM) are continuously seeping from the vacuum. Mathematically it is described by two additional terms in the Einstein equations.
When concentration of gravitons in galaxies riches certain threshold, particles of "ordinary" matter are produced, including photons, which form the background radiation. So, a part of the original mass/energy, supplied by the vacuum, is lost at this stage. What we, the people on the planet Earth, are trying to do, particularly, in the thermonuclear project, is to get additional energy from transformation between different particles of ordinary matter. Apparently, it is not easy to do with particles, which are already heavy. The original transformations from ultralight gravitons are, probably, more energy efficient. It is shown [7, 1, 2], that gravitons form the dipolar quantum condensate even for high temperature. Such system can be manipulated by using electromagnetic fields. Quantum entanglement can be used [9, 11] to enhance production of energy. Corresponding technology for production of energy from the vacuum can be developed in a near future if we are serious about it.
Another important aspect of Qmoger is the gravicommunication (GC) [12], which could be superluminal. First at all, there is a problem of safety, because GC can be used as a weapon by distant developed civilizations. Human brain can detect GC by subjective experiences [12]. So, some wrong concepts can be imbedded in human brain by using GC. On a bright side, GC can be used for healing and enhancing of our brain, as well as of the whole human society. In any case, we have to be on a top of this phenomena.
Energy and communication are major additions to the presented in Ref. 2 list of directions for future research in Qmoger, which, I believe, will be beneficial for humankind.

QUANTUM MODIFICATION OF GENERAL RELATIVITY AND RICCI FLOW
Evgeny A. Novikov

Abstract
Equations for the quantum modification of the general relativity (Qmoger) differ from the Einstein equations by two additional terms, which takes into account production/absorption of gravitons by the vacuum. Gravitons are shown to be ultralight and have a tiny electric dipole moment, which can help to explain the baryon asymmetry of the universe. Qmoger theory avoids initial singularity (Big Bang) and other major controversies [critical density of the universe, cosmological constant (dark energy) and inflation]. At the same time, exact analytical solution of Qmoger equations for the scale factor, without any fitting parameters, is in good quantitative agreement with cosmic observational data. The additional terms in Qmoger equations are expressed in terms of covariant divergency of the 4-velocity field. These terms are flatting the universe and are compatible with the classical curvature terms. So, the quantum effects of production/absorption of gravitons smooth out the dynamics of the universe. Qmoger theory uses the (introduced by the author) dynamics of distributed sources-sinks (DODSS), published in 2003. DODSS in turn came from desire to smooth out singularities in the obtained by the author (in 1969) general analytical solution of (1+1)-dimensional gravity. It is intuitively clear that proper DODSS can smooth out a broad class of manifolds, mathematically speaking. This led us to look at mathematical literature and, indeed, there is so called Ricci flow, introduced by R. S. Hamilton in 1982 and used by G. Perelman in 2002-2008 to proof the Poincaré conjecture ( every simply connected, closed 3-manifold is homeomorphic to the 3-sphere). A connection between DODSS (in Qmoger) and Ricci flow is discussed. The main difference, of course, is that Qmoger, besides DODSS, include also Einstein equation.

GRAVICOMMUNICATION, SUBJECTIVITY AND QUANTUM ENTANGLEMENT
Evgeny A. Novikov
University of California - San Diego, BioCircuits Institute,

Abstract
In this work gravicommunication (GC) is introduced, as a new form of communication (different from the classical gravitational waves). GC involves gravitons (particles of gravitation) and manifests itself, particularly, in our subjective experiences. This research is based on quantum modification of the general relativity. The modification includes effects of production /absorption of gravitons, which turn out to have small, but finite mass and electric dipole moment. It is shown, that such gravitons form the dipole Bose-Einstein condensate, even for high temperature. The theory (without fitting parameters) is in good quantitative agreement with cosmological observations. In this theory we got an interface between gravitons and ordinary matter, which very likely exist not only in cosmos, but everywhere, including our body and, especially, our brain. Subjective experiences are considered as a manifestation of that interface. A model of such interface is presented and some new experimentally verifiable aspects of natural neural systems are considered. According to the model, GC can be superluminal, which will solve the problem of quantum entanglement. Probable applications of these ideas include health (brain stimulation), new forms of communication, computational capabilities, energy resources and weapons. Some developed civilizations in the universe may already master GC (with various applications) and so should we.
