Abstract
Quantum modification of general relativity (Qmoger), supported by cosmic data (without fitting), predict gravicommunication (GC), which could be superluminal. GC can interact with human subjective experiences. Such interaction could be beneficial, but also could be harmful. An advanced civilization can use superluminal GC as a weapon. So, we have to be prepared. On a more peaceful note, in the same consideration a characteristic scale is obtained for production of particles from cosmic quantum condensate of gravitons.
